This forum is an archive of information

The JAPA Psa-NETCAST convenes a
distinguished faculty of clinicians, researchers, and scholars for the purpose of
providing an online faculty seminar. It is a freely distributed panel discussion exploring
specific psychoanalytic topics.
- The online faculty is composed of the
Editorial Board of the Journal of the American Psychoanalytic Association along
with other invited participants. The moderators for the JAPA Psa-NETCAST are Arnold
Richards, Robert Galatzer-Levy, and Todd Essig.
- OBJECT RELATIONS
Its inspiration is an interest in Klein, Bion, Post-Kleinians, Winnicott, Fairbairn,
Guntrip and other and more recent writers in the object relations tradition within
psychoanalysis.

matters contextually.) Matters of concern to the profession, including funding, efficacy,
and critiques are also welcom fare, as is any psychodynamically related topic.

STUDIES Among the topics envisaged are: history, theory, cultural studies,
film, literature, drama, critical theory, anthropology, art, feminism, gender studies,
biography and autobiography, personality, psychology, dynamic psychiatry, social science -
anything which includes a psychoanalytic (or, broadly speaking, psychodynamic) dimension.
