on the theory and practice of psychoanalytically-oriented psychotherapy. We welcome debate
and encourage open exchange of ideas and opinions. As a part of DSPP, you will gain

professional peers. DSPP is actively involved in broadening its focus in the arts,

Full
Members are individuals who have demonstrated interest in psychoanalysis as
evidences by the pursuit of educational, research, and/or professional activities. Full
Members are either: (1) licensed or certified mental health professionals at a
Masters degree level or above (e.g., licensed professional counselor, psychiatrist,
psychological associate, psychologist, social worker), or (2) members of the American
Psychological Association. Only full members have voting privileges.
Associate
members are any other individuals, including psychiatric residents and
post-doctoral fellows, who do not meet the criteria for full membership status, but who
possess an interest in, and commitment to, the purposes of the Society.
Student
Members
are
Non-licensed individuals enrolled in a related field of study.
Monthly
Wednesday mini-workshops are free to members. Non-member professionals may attend for $10
per mini-workshop, payable on site.
